Kushtetuta e Gjermanisë
Kushtetuta e Gjermanisë (gjërmanisht: Grundgesetz für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland) është ligji themelor në Republikën Federale të Gjermanisë.
Historia
Në Gjermaninë perëndimore hyri në fuqi në vitin 1949 Ligji Themelor që ekziston edhe sot. Ai duhet të shërbente si kushtetutë kalimtare, deri sa shteti i dytë gjerman, Republika Demokratike Gjermane (RDGJ), të ribashkohej me Republikën Federale perëndimore. Që prej 3 tetorit 1990 ekziston vetëm një Republikë e ribashkuar Federale Gjermane – dhe kushtetuta kalimtare u kthye në kushtetutë gjithëgjermane. Në të bazohet demokracia liberale e Gjermanisë.
