Biografia

Karierën e filloi kohë pas kohe si statiste. Role të rëndësishme fitoi më 1935, ku aktroi me sukses të plotë. Është laureate e dyfishtë e Çmimit Oscar.

Më 1939 paraqitet në filmin më të famshëm të të gjitha kohrave Iku bashkë me erën përkrah Clark Gable dhe Vivien Leigh, ndërsa më 1970 është partnere e Bekim Fehmiut, në filmin amerikan Aventurierët.
