The 2025–26 Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons men's basketball team represents Purdue University Fort Wayne during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mastodons, led by 12th-year head coach Jon Coffman, play their home games at the Gates Sports Center and the Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana as members of the Horizon League.

Previous season

The Mastodons finished the 2024–25 season 19–13, 12–8 in Horizon League play, to finish in fifth place.[1] They were defeated by Youngstown State in the quarterfinals of the Horizon League tournament.[2]
