The 2025–26 Wake Forest Demon Deacons women's basketball team represent Wake Forest University during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Demon Deacons are led by fourth-year head coach Megan Gebbia, and compete as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They play their home games at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Previous season

The Demon Deacons finished the season 9–20 overall and 2–16 in ACC play to finish in a tie for seventeenth place. Under the new ACC tournament rules, they did not qualify for the 2025 ACC tournament. They were not invited to the NCAA tournament or the WBIT.
