List of government agencies of Morocco

This is a list of government agencies and public institutions in Morocco. Known as établissements publics (EP) and entreprises publiques (EEP), these bodies are governed by Law 69-00 regarding state financial control and Organic Law 02-12 concerning appointments to senior positions.[1]

Strategic Institutions

Under Organic Law 02-12, certain institutions are classified as "strategic," and their heads are appointed by the King in the Council of Ministers.[2]

Independent and Constitutional Bodies

These bodies operate with financial and administrative autonomy to ensure governance, transparency, and regulation.[3]

Sectoral Agencies and Institutions

The Moroccan public sector includes over 200 institutions involved in infrastructure, social services, and economic promotion.[4]

  • National Agency for the Regulation of Cannabis-related Activities (ANRAC)
  • National Office for Food Safety (ONSSA)
