The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will compete at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, from 6 to 22 February 2026. The country is scheduled to make its Winter Olympics debut.
The United Arab Emirates team consisted of two alpine skiers (one per gender), Alexander Astridge and Piera Hudson.[1][2][3] Astridge and Hudson were the country's flagbearers during the opening ceremony.[4] Astridge has lived in Dubai most of his life and Hudson moved there from New Zealand.[5]
