Chorégraphie d'action

La chorégraphie d'action est une technique permettant de mettre au point la chorégraphie d'une scène d'action dans une œuvre audiovisuelle (film, série télévisée…) ou dans un spectacle vivant[1] (pièce de théâtre, comédie musicale…), donc à déterminer les mouvements et gestes des interprètes[2]. Dans des cas plus spécifiques, on parle également de chorégraphie de combat ou de combat chorégraphié.

Le travail des chorégraphes d'action (ou chorégraphes de combat) se rapproche avec de celui des coordinateurs de cascades[3],[4]. De même, ces chorégraphies peuvent être exécutées par des cascadeurs ou des acteurs[2],[3],[4],[5].
