Eliya XI
Eliya XI (1700 - 1778) est un patriarche de l’Église de l'Orient de 1722 à 1778.
Il est le fils du prêtre Hoshaba, frère du patriarche Eliya X (en). À la mort de ce patriarche, le , Eliya XI est élu au siège patriarcal et intronisé le .
Il s'installe au monastère de Rabban Hormizd.
En 1743, pendant la guerre Guerre ottomano-persane (1743-1746) (en), son monastère est pillé.
Il est à l'origine d'une lignée épiscopale comptant de nombreux évêque catholiques syriaques, romains et sédévacantistes.
