Khalil Fong, né à Hawaï le et mort le [2], est un auteur-compositeur-interprète et producteur de musique américano-hongkongais (en). Son père, Les Fong, est un sino-américain, et sa mère est une Hongkongaise nommée Liang Rulan. Khalil Fong grandit à Shanghai et Guangzhou, et s'installe à Hong Kong en 1997.

Khalil Fong fait ses débuts en 2005 avec son premier album solo, Soulboy (zh). En 2008, il remporte le prix « RTHK Male Singer of the Year » (Chanteur masculin de l'année) lors des RTHK Music Awards (zh). Il devient ainsi le plus jeune et le moins expérimenté des chanteurs masculins à remporter ce prix dans l'histoire de la cérémonie, ainsi que le seul chanteur masculin à avoir remporté un prix majeur au XXIe siècle. Il est nommé six fois dans la catégorie « Meilleur chanteur mandarin » aux Taiwan Golden Melody Awards et remporte le prix en 2017 pour son album Journey to the West (zh). En 2021, Fong remporte le prix du meilleur producteur de single (zh) lors de la 32e cérémonie des Golden Melody Awards (zh) pour sa chanson Mian Mian.
