Manzanillo est une municipalité de l'État de Colima, au Mexique. Son chef-lieu est la ville homonyme. En 2020, elle compte 191 031 habitants^[1].

La municipalité se divise en 8 délégations, 3 juntes municipales et 31 commissariats municipaux. Les délégations sont : Las Brisas, Valle de las Garzas, Campos, Jalipa, Tapeixtles, El Colomo, Santiago y Salahua.
