Descrizione
Il libretto che accompagna il disco mostra i membri del gruppo in pose che evocano i sette vizi capitali. Il prologo del brano Who Is Mr. Madman? è recitato da Biff Byford, che aveva già collaborato con la band nell'intro del precedente Gambling with the Devil.
