L'I-League 2016-2017 (nota come AirTel I-League per motivi di sponsorizzazione) è stata la decima edizione della I-League, il campionato professionistico indiano di calcio per club, dalla sua istituzione nel 2007. Il torneo ha avuto inizio il 7 gennaio 2017.
Avvenimenti
Il Dempo è stato promosso dalla I-League 2nd Division mentre Salgaocar e SC de Goa si sono ritirate dal campionato.[1] Questo sarà l'ultimo campionato di I-League per il Bengaluru, in quanto dalla prossima stagione passerà nella Indian Super League.
