Jack Francis Westover (Snoqualmie, 9 giugno 1999) è un allenatore di football americano statunitense che milita nel ruolo di fullback per i New England Patriots della National Football League (NFL).
Carriera universitaria
Al college Westover giocò a football a Washington dal 2018 al 2023 come tight end. Segnò il suo primo touchdown nel primo turno della stagione 2019 con una ricezione da 3 yard nella vittoria su Arizona.[1] Chiuse l’annata con 3 ricezioni per 9 yard e una marcatura.[2] Nell’ottobre 2020 ricevette una borsa di studio dall’istituto.[3] Chiuse l’annata con una ricezione da 9 yard e 5 corse per 22 yard.[4] Nel 2021 ricevette 6 passaggi per 56 yard e un touchdown.[5] Nel 2022 le sue statistiche salirono a 31 ricezioni per 342 yard e un touchdown.[6] Nel primo turno della stagione 2023 ebbe 5 ricezioni per 59 yard e touchdown nella vittoria su Boise State.[7] Nel terzo turno fece registrare un primate personale di tre touchdown nella vittoria su Michigan State.[8]
Carriera professionistica
Seattle Seahawks
Dopo non essere stato scelto nel Draft NFL 2024, Westover firmò con i Seattle Seahawks il 3 maggio.[9] Il 30 agosto fu svincolato.[10][11]
New England Patriots
Il 2 ottobre 2024 Westover firmò con la squadra di allenamento dei New England Patriots. Il 24 novembre fu promosso nel roster attivo per la gara della settimana 12 contro i Miami Dolphins.[12] Il 4 gennaio 2025 firmò con il roster attivo.
Prima della stagione 2025, Westover passò dal ruolo di tight end a quello di fullback, riuscendo a entrare nei 53 uomini del roster per l’inizio della stagione regolare.[13] Passò al nuovo ruolo a causa dell’infortunio del rookie Brock Lampe e in quella stagione regolare disputò tutte le 17 partite.
