Post Mortem è l'album di debutto del rapper e cantante argentino Dillom. Lanciato il 1° dicembre 2021 sotto la sua etichetta discografica, Bohemian Groove. Prodotto da Fermín, Evar, Lamadrid e Dillom, Post Mortem è stato acclamato dalla critica e si è posizionato tra i migliori album dell'anno[1]. Sono stati lanciati quattro singoli: «Opa», «Piso 13», «Pelotuda» e «Rocketpowers».
All'album è stato legato il Post Mortem Tour, iniziato a febbraio 2022.
Post Mortem ha ricevuto tre nominazioni ai Premios Gardel 2022[2], includendo tra queste Miglior album di musica urbana.
