La USL League One 2025 è stata la sesta edizione del terzo livello del campionato professionistico statunitense di calcio organizzato dalla United Soccer League. Il numero di partecipanti al campionato in questa stagione ha toccato il livello record di 14 in virtù dei nuovi ingressi di AV Alta, FC Naples, Portland Hearts of Pine, Texoma e Westchester, a fronte delle sole fuoriuscite del Lexington, passato in USL Championship, del C.V. Fuego, passato nella The League for Clubs, e del Northern Colorado Hailstorm, a cui è stata revocata la licenza.[1]
Formula
Ogni squadra ha disputato 30 partite di stagione regolare, affrontando ciascun avversario per due volte, una in casa e una in trasferta, ad eccezione di quattro, affrontati per tre volte. Al termine della stagione regolare, le prime otto classificate hanno poi disputato la postseason per determinare il campione. Nei playoff, in gara secca più eventuali supplementari e rigori, tutte le partite si sono giocate in casa della squadra meglio piazzata alla fine della regular season.
