Peristicta – rodzaj ważek z rodziny Protoneuridae[3]. Obejmuje gatunki występujące w Ameryce Południowej – w Brazylii, Argentynie, Paragwaju i Urugwaju[4].
Systematyka
Przed 2014 rokiem rodzaj ten był zaliczany do rodziny Protoneuridae[5][6]. W 2014 roku Dijkstra et al. na podstawie badań filogenetycznych wydzielili z Protoneuridae szereg rodzajów i obniżyli jej rangę do podrodziny Protoneurinae w obrębie rodziny łątkowatych (Coenagrionidae)[6]. W 2025 roku Pessacq et al. na podstawie kompleksowych badań filogenetyki molekularnej wspartych badaniami morfologii przywrócili Protoneuridae w randze rodziny i na nowo ją zdefiniowali[7].

Gatunkiem typowym jest Peristicta forceps[2].
