Fumarate-réductase

La fumarate-réductase est une oxydoréductase qui catalyse la réduction du fumarate en succinate dans le métabolisme microbien, notamment dans la respiration anaérobie[1]. La réaction catalysée est la suivante :

succinate + accepteurfumarate + accepteur réduit.
