Frank Healy (ur. 30 sierpnia 1962 w Birmingham) – angielski muzyk, basista i gitarzysta.

Healy był krótko gitarzystą Napalm Death w 1987 roku, zastępując Justina Broadricka. Ostatecznie jednak pozycję gitarzysty zespołu przejął Bill Steer, który wcześniej występował z Carcass. Później w 1989 roku dołączył do zespołu Cerebral Fix, z którego odszedł trzy lata później. W 1991 roku dołączył do zespołu Benediction, w którym grał aż do 2017 roku. Od 2016 roku jest członkiem deathmetalowej formacji Memoriam.

W 2003 roku był krótko sesyjnym muzykiem Anaal Nathrakh^[1].
